As of now Rehbur provides you telephone support:

  1. While you are in a ride
  2. you have scheduled a ride for later
  3. shortly after your ride.

Can I let someone track my ride?

When you are in a Rehbur you can let friends and family track your ride in real time to let them know you are safe and on the way. Once you are in the ride tap on "Share ride info" on the screen and choose how you want to share your ride from the list of options e.g. WhatsApp.

Can I book a ride for someone else?

Yes you can follow the method same for “Booking a ride on mobile” but you should enter the pickup and drop of the person you are booking the ride for.
Please note that if you have selected the payment method through debit/credit card you will be charged for the total fare of that person to avoid this change your payment method to cash.

Can I book more than one ride?

Yes once you board on the trip you can schedule another trip for later. However we know how plans change for which to cancel scheduled bookings make sure to do the needful 60 minutes before the ride to avoid the cancellation fee.

Why are scheduled rides more expensive?

Once you schedule a Rehbur cab we make sure the scheduled driver clears his timetable by turning down other bookings and arrives at your destination before time to make sure you get the best of services on time.

Is it necessary to wear a helmet?

Your safety is our highest priority. We strongly recommend riders always wear a helmet for their own safety. Wearing a helmet significantly reduces the risk of head injury in case of an accident.

What if I suspect the rider is not in the condition to drive safely?

This is highly unlikely but for the safe side if you doubt that driver is not in a condition to drive adequately you might cancel the ride and inform us at 03110734287 so we can provide him medical and physical assistance until he feels good.

What do I do if there is a technical problem with my ride?

This is highly unlikely since Rehbur never lets an unchecked and unverified vehicle hit the roads to work.
However if you feel that there is a problem which could cause a major hindrance to your course you might cancel and inform Rehbur at 03110734287.

What should I do if I am involved in an accident?

Rehbur hopes that you never get into such unfortunate event however if you do we strongly advise you to call 115 to seek medical assistance and 15 to seek legal assistance for both yourself and Rehbur driver. After you feel your in stable condition we advise you to call us at 03110734287. We will make sure we help you in all the ways necessary.

How do I share feedback and complaints?

Once the ride ends you will be requested to share your reviews and rate the service provided to you. You may express your views which would help us to improve our services accordingly.

Why did I pay more than the upfront price/estimated fare?

The price of your ride may change if you add stops update your drop-off exceed the initial grace time or if the route changes significantly due to things like traffic or road closures. When this happens your final price is calculated based on the actual time and distance of the trip.

How can I view my trips?

You can see your trips by accessing options from where you access your profile.
Tap on “My Trips” to view your past and upcoming rides. Tap on any scheduled ride to manage the booking. If you are in a ride it will also be visible under “Scheduled” from where you can easily track it.

How can I apply as a driver?

Due to pandemic situation REHBUR is offering online registration. Just call us or whatsapp us on 03-110-734287 to get registered as a driver on REHBUR. Below are the steps to registered as a driver easily.

  • Install application from google play or apple store.
  • Now registered your account while entering the required information.
  • Now in the navigation drawer go to document section.
  • Now upload all the required documents.
  • Now wait for the call from our call center department for your account activation and verification.
  • Congratulation your account on REHBUR as a driver has been successfully create.

What documents do I need to sign up as a Rehbur driver?

Once you install the Rehbur Driver App available on all platforms the taxi-hailing app would initially need your Basic info such as:

  1. Name
  2. Phone number
  3. Verification code
  4. Referral Number (If any)

Once you are verified you would be assigned as a waiting driver referring that your documents are yet to be verified. Following documents would be required to complete the verification process:

  1. Driving license (Front & Back)
  2. National Identity Card (Front & Back)
  3. Vehicle Registration
  4. Police Verification Certificate (optional)
  5. Affidavit of Authority (optional)
  6. Car photo with driver (Front & Back)

What will be my car type in Rehbur?

It depends on the car model and the year of manufacture. You can visit the nearest supply office in order to know what your car category will be.

How much time to cancel a trip?

Rehbur would expect from its Driver to always keep their cancellation rate at 0%. Hence we recognize problems do occur and we consider our driver so they can cancel their rides after 5 minutes of accepting rides.
